
Leslie J. Lammers holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).
The CFA charter is a globally recognized designation awarded to individuals who successfully complete three levels of rigorous examinations. At a minimum, this requires three years of study. Furthermore, each candidate is required to have at least three years of professional experience working in the investment decision-making process.
The CFA program is a self-study course in which successful candidates usually dedicate 750 hours of study. The curriculum reflects a global perspective and is geared toward subjects that are relevant to today's investment professional. These topics include asset valuation, financial statement analysis, macro- and microeconomics, financial markets and instruments, portfolio management, and the
CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
